Plan Includes

How it works

  • For the first 3 weeks, you will have a workout every other day.
  • In the rest days, you will have to walk for t least 8000, 10000, and 12000 steps per day.
  • In the last 2 weeks you will work out 6 days a week with one day rest.
  • Just in your living room set up an empty space that you can start working out
  • You only need a chair and water bottles as weights, or dumbbells
  • 30 to 45 minutes per workout using mostly your bodyweight
